  • Help select suppliers based on technical requirements
  • Contribute to procurement input for specialist materials or processes
  • Build deep technical knowledge of springs, presswork, materials, and production processes

Internal Leadership & Collaboration

  • Bring together the right expertise to progress complex technical projects
  • Ensure internal departments have clear, accurate customer requirements
  • Participate in sales meetings and trade exhibitions
  • Support pipeline development and work toward agreed KPIs.
  •

This is a role where you’ll quickly become trusted as a technical advisor, problem-solver, and project driver.

Why You’ll Love This Role

? Customer-facing role – perfect if you enjoy variety, ownership, and technical challenges.
? Training provided – ideal for someone with the right mindset, even early-career experience.
? Supportive, collaborative team culture – Everyone rolls up their sleeves to help each other.
? Clear progression – grow into more technical, commercial, or project-based responsibilities.

  • HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace/other mechanical fields welcome)
  • Engineering mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communicator across all levels—from shop floor to directors
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders
