The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled or coded TIG Welder to join our client’s late-shift team. You’ll be responsible for delivering top-quality welds across a range of metals and thicknesses (0.2mm – 8mm), working to exact specifications and maintaining the highest standards throughout production.

Key responsibilities include:

• TIG welding to a high standard with stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.
• MIG welding and fabricating as req-uired.
• Reading and working accurately from technical/engineering drawings
• Conducting your own quality checks to ensure clean, consistent welds
• Working collaboratively with the fabrication team to meet production requirements
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

This is a permanent position offering a 4-day working week with a quieter late-shift environment well-suited to high-precision work.

What You’ll Need

• Strong TIG welding expertise, with MIG welding ability
• Previous experience in a fabrication or sheet metal environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• A stable work history is preferred

• Supporting breakdowns and quick turnarounds

• Producing high-quality, precision components for the food & beverage, energy, automotive, and aerospace sectors

• Taking ownership of your work and contributing ideas for continuous improvement
